How to make Rosemary infused vinegar – DIY

  • Apple cider vinegar (Volume of vinegar would be based on your requirement.)
  • 2 – 3 sprigs Rosemary leaves
  1. Take apple cider vinegar and fresh sprigs of rosemary.
  2. Wash rosemary leaves, chop them and place in a mortar.
  3. Add just about 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar to the mortar.
  4. Now gently crush the rosemary leaves releasing aromatic oils from the herb.
  5. Here it is after a couple of minutes of crushing.
  6. Transfer the crushed rosemary along with vinegar to a bottle. The crushing add more flavour to the vinegar than just placing a sprig.
  7. Place another sprig of rosemary leaves in the bottle.
  8. Now fill the bottle with apple cider vinegar.
  9. Done. Since we’ve added crushed rosemary, you can start using it right away!

You can make this vinegar and store it in the refrigerator for a few months.

This also serves as a homemade gift with a personal touch for your loved ones.
