  • 2 Cayenne pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 4 slices Ginger
  • 100 ml Water
  1. To make the drink use cayenne pepper, garlic, ginger and water.
  2. Take 2 cayenne peppers, 4 garlic pods, and 4 ginger pieces.
  3. Add all the ingredients to blender.
  4. Add 100 ml water.
  5. Blend them well.
  6. Strain the drink.
  7. Done.

  1. Make and consume this drink once a week initially for a month.
  2. Consume this twice in a week after a month to lose weight faster.
