Moringa to build immunity

The remedy

Take two handful moringa leaves, separate the leaves and wash well in water. Add two teaspoons of ghee to pan and moringa leaves. Saute the leaves in low flame until it becomes very crispy. Switch off the flame and transfer to a bowl. Give it to your children and you can see them relishing its taste.

Moringa leaves contain iron, calcium, potassium, phosphorous, vitamin C, A, and E, protein, magnesium, manganese, sodium, and zinc. At the growing stage, children need nutrients. Moringa leaves help in the growth of bone and muscles. It boosts the child’s energy level, promotes brain development, healthy skin and hair.

  • 2 handful Moringa leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Ghee
  1. For this recipe, use moringa leaves, and ghee.
  2. Take two handfuls of fresh moringa leaves and clean them well.
  3. Add one teaspoon of ghee to pan.
  4. Now add the cleaned leaves to pan.
  5. Saute the leaves in ghee in low flame, until the leaves become crispy.
