Nutmeg milk for good sleep – DIY

This nutmeg milk is easy to make and can help you sleep better.

  • 1 Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Warm milk
  1. You will need nutmeg and warm milk for this herbal remedy. A grinding stone is basically a smooth and hard stone used for grinding sandalwood.
  2. Pour some water on the grinding stone to make grinding easy.
  3. Apply enough pressure and slowly grind it. You can add little water while grinding to make it into a smooth paste.
  4. Once you have close to half teaspoon, take it off with your fingers.
  5. Keep it in a teaspoon.
  6. Mix this paste in warm milk. It will blend easily since the paste is smooth and the milk is warm.
  7. Done. As you can see, the colour of milk hasn’t changed much since we’ve used only a little nutmeg. But don’t worry – it is effective!

Nice job. Wherever possible as you had added Tamil translation for Brahmi leaves, if you could add the appropriate translation, it would be easy to relate the ingredients. 🙂
