Papaya face mask

Papaya is a fruit that is available all around the year. Not only its pulp, but its skin and seeds are also used for various purposes. The pulp of the fruit is very soft and buttery in nature, which makes it very easy to add in many face packs.

Papaya contains an enzyme called “Papain” that helps in digesting proteins easily. This fruit can be consumed as a supplement on a daily basis for men and women.

Along with the Papain enzymes, it is a good source of antioxidants and nutrients such as Vitamin C, Vitamin B, carotenes, and flavonoids, fiber and minerals like magnesium and potassium. Papaya’s pulp is used as a fundamental constituent of many shampoos and facial creams.
