  • 1 medium Lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 glass Water
  1. Use lemon, salt and water. You can also use Himalayan salt for more beneficial results.
  2. Cut and squeeze a lemon. Extract the juice.
  3. Take one glass of water.
  4. Add lemon juice to the water.
  5. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  6. Mix it well.
  7. Add this mixed water to bathing water and take bath.
