- 100 grams Dried ginger
- 1 medium size Lemon
- 300 ml Water
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- To make the herbal drink use dry ginger, lemon, honey and water.
- Crush dry ginger into small pieces.
- Add 300 ml water to pan.
- Add crushed dry ginger to pan.
- Boil for few minutes.
- Once boiled, allow it to cool down and strain the water.
- Cut and squeeze lemon.
