How to avoid heart disease by drinking herbal milk – DIY

  • 10 Garlic pods
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 200 ml Water
  • Honey ((as required))
  1. To make this herbal milk, use milk, water, garlic, turmeric powder and honey.
  2. Remove the skin and chop garlic pods.
  3. Add 250 ml of milk to a pan.
  4. Add 150 ml water.
  5. Add chopped garlic pods.
  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.
  7. Boil for 5 minutes.
  8. Transfer to a glass and add honey.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Herbal milk is done.
