Remedy to reduce blood pressure

How to reduce blood pressure naturally using Basil leaves (Tulsi) – DIY

  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper corns
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • basil leaves ((Tulsi))
  • 100 ml Water
  1. Take handful of fresh basil leaves, sugar, black pepper corns and water.
  2. Add water to a thick bottom pan.
  3. Add sugar, pepper corns and basil leaves to water in the pan.
  4. Switch on the flame and boil it.
  5. Once the color of boiling water changes, switch of the flame. Strain it.
  6. Now, you can consume the drink when it is warm.

Consume this once everyday to reduce and control high blood pressure.
