  1. Take 1 cup of sesame seeds (black or white)
  2. Heat a pan until it is warm.
  3. Add the sesame seeds and dry roast it for 5 minutes.
  4. Once it changes color, switch off the flame.
  5. Cool it down and store in an airtight container.

This dry roasted sesame seeds are tasty to eat. You can add little jaggery for taste.

You can also powder the dry roasted seeds and powder them for storage. Add one spoon of honey to the powder and eat it every day.

You can see better results when you consume sesame seeds in empty stomach every day in the morning. Regular intake of sesame seeds will slightly increase your body temperature and that is absolutely normal.
