How to stop dizziness with chikoo – DIY

  • 2 medium-sized Chikoo (Also known as Sapota)
  • 4 teaspoons Ghee
  1. Use fresh ripe chikoo and ghee.
  2. Remove the outer skin of the fruits and the seeds.
  3. Chop chikoo into small pieces.
  4. Place chikoo in a bowl.
  5. Add enough ghee to fully soak chopped chikoo fruit.
  6. Cover with a lid and leave it overnight.
  7. Consume the next morning.

Regular consumption of chikoo with ghee in the morning on an empty stomach cures giddiness / dizziness problems. However, if the dizziness is due to an ear infection or any other ear related problem, consult with a doctor and address the underlying issue.
