Amla juice to cure hiccups

Hiccups are an involuntary tightening of the diaphragm and it occurs many times within a minute. Hiccups are rhythmic, smooth and unconscious. Taking amla juice with honey helps alleviate hiccups.  Take two fresh amla, grind and get the juice, add one teaspoon of honey to it and drink to stop hiccups immediately.

  • 2 Amla
  • 1 glass Coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  1. To make the juice use amla, water and honey.
  2. Chop amla.

  3. Add chopped amla to blender.
  4. Add a glass of water.
  5. Blend them well.
  6. Strain the drink.
  7. Add one teaspoon of honey.
  8. Mix it well.
  9. Done.


Drink this amla juice twice a day to stop hiccups.
