Follow the DIY recipe to make mint leaves juice to strengthen the liver.

Mint leaves juice – DIY

  • 1 handful Mint leaves
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seed
  • 250 ml Water
  • Salt ((as required))
  1. Use fresh mint leaves, lemon, cumin seeds powder, water and salt.
  2. Add one handful of fresh mint leaves to mortar.
  3. Add some water and crush well.
  4. Squeeze and extract the juice.
  5. Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds to a pan.
  6. Simmer and saute for a minute.
  7. Add the seeds to mortar.
  8. Crush well and make fine powder.
  9. Add 2 teaspoons mint extract to a glass.
  10. Add 1/4 teaspoon cumin seed powder to it.
  11. Add little salt.
  12. Add 10 drops of lemon juice.
  13. Add a glass of water.
  14. Mix all the ingredients well.
  15. The herbal juice is now done.

Drink this juice after taking food. This helps in proper digestion, improves blood circulation and strengthens liver.
