How to strengthen nervous system with dates – DIY

  • 3-4 Dates
  • 2 Cardamom pods
  • 3-4 Saffron strands
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 200 ml Milk
  1. Use date fruits, cardamom, honey, saffron strands and milk.
  2. Take 3 to 4 date fruits, remove seeds and add to blender.
  3. Add 2 cardamom pods to blender.
  4. Add 3 to 4 saffron strands.
  5. Add 2 teaspoons honey.
  6. Add 200 ml warm milk before blending.
  7. Blend well.
  8. Delicious dates smoothie is now done.

Both adult and children can drink this once daily. This smoothie will  improve immunity and strengthen the nervous system.
