How to strengthen the uterus health with dried figs – DIY

  • 5 Dried figs
  • 150 ml Boiled milk
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 50 ml Warm water
  1. To make the milk, use dried figs, boiled milk, honey and warm water.
  2. Add dried figs to warm water.
  3. Soak dried figs in warm water for 5 hours.
  4. Add soaked figs to blender.
  5. Add one teaspoon of honey to blender.
  6. Add boiled milk.
  7. Blend the ingredients well.
  8. Transfer to a glass and done.


Consume once daily in the morning or night.
