
Manathakkali or sunberries have been used in Asian cuisine for many years. These small black berries taste lovely and can be used in a variety of recipes. Sunberries have healing properties, they can soothe ulcers, improve immunity and can cure nausea. Here is a simple recipe on using sunberries to cure nausea and diarrhea.
Sunberries (Manathakkali) to cure nausea – Recipe
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1/2 Lemon
- 20-30 Dried sunberries (Known as Manathakkali in Tamil)
- Use dried sunberries, honey and lemon to make a paste.
- Squeeze half a lemon into a bowl,
- Add 1 teaspoon honey.
- Add dried sunberries and crush them in them lime juice honey mix.
- Consume.
