  • 3 or 4 Thazhuthaazhai leaves ((Punarnava))
  • 10 ml Water
  1. To cure pain in back of the head, you need thazhuthaazhai leaves and water.
  2. First clean the leaves and place it in a mortar.
  3. Add few drops of water to the leaves.
  4. Crush it well.
  5. Squeeze the crushed leaves and extract juice from it.
  6. The extract is ready.

Instructions for use:

  1. Tilt head backwards.
  2. Use a clean ink filler and take few drops of extract in it.
  3. Instill 1 drop of this extract in each nostril.

Follow this procedure twice a day to find relief.
