How to treat bed sores with Indian nettle (Kuppaimeni) leaves – DIY

  • 1 cup Indian Nettle (Known as Kuppaimeni leaves in Tamil)
  • 1 teaspoon Castor oil
  1. Use Indian nettle (Kuppaimeni) leaves, and castor oil.
  2. Take one cup fresh Indian nettle leaves.
  3. Add one teaspoon of castor oil to pan.
  4. Add Indian nettle leaves to the pan.
  5. Saute the leaves for a minute.
  6. Allow the mixture to cool down and apply this on the affected area.

Directions for use:

Apply the paste on the affected area regularly to cure and prevent bed sores.
