- 2 teaspoons Nutmeg powder
- 2 teaspoons Milk
- Use nutmeg and milk.
- Break nutmeg into small pieces and add to a blender.
- Blend well into a fine powder.
- Take one teaspoon of nutmeg powder.
- Add two teaspoons of milk (cow’s milk).
- Mix them well.
- Nutmeg paste is now done.
Direction to use
- Apply the paste around the eyes and eyelids.
- Leave the paste to dry.
- Wash off with cold water.
