Remedy for hematuria

Hematuria is a condition where the red blood cells detected in the urine. In most cases the urine appears normal to the naked eye, and the red blood cells can be seen only with a microscope. In some severe cases the blood can be seen in the urine which is called gross hematuria.

The remedy

Take one handful Bermuda grass (Arugampul) and one glass of coconut water. Blend them together and make a juice. Drink one glass daily to treat hematuria.

  1. To make the drink use bermuda grass (Arugampul), and coconut water.
  2. Take one handful bermuda grass and chop them.
  3. Add chopped bermuda grass to blender.
  4. Add 200 ml of coconut water.
  5. Blend them well and make a juice.
  6. Strain the juice.
