Aavarampoo to improve muscle and body strength

  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Aavarampoo (Tanner’s Cassia) ((dry))
  • 50 ml Milk
  1. To prepare the milk, you need dry tanner’s cassia (aavarampoo) flowers, honey and milk.
  2. Add 50ml milk to a pan.
  3. Switch on the flame and boil it until it raises.
  4. Switch off the flame once the milk is boiled. Add dry aavarampoo (tanner’s cassia) to the boiled milk.
  5. Let it soak for 20 minutes in the milk.
  6. Later, strain the milk.
  7. Add honey to the strained milk.
  8. Mix the milk well so that honey blends.
  9. Muscle strengthening milk potion is ready for consumption.

Drink this milk once everyday to boost over body strength.
