  • 1 Cardamom
  • Honey ((few drops))
  1. To prepare this medicine, all you need is a cardamom and honey.
  2. Show the cardamom in flame until it is burnt.
  3. A fully burnt cardamom will look like this.
  4. Crush the charred cardamom.
  5. Add one or two drops of honey to the cardamom powder.
  6. Mix well and use it.

Give this to the kid in small quantities, once in every two hour to treat lactose intolerance.
