  • 1 teaspoon Flax seeds
  • 50 ml Yogurt
  1. Keep flax seeds and yogurt handy before you prepare the mix.
  2. Take a handful of flax seeds and add it to a clean and dry blender.
  3. Blend it well.
  4. Blended powder can be smooth or coarse based on your choice.
  5. Add one teaspoon of flax seed powder to yogurt.
  6. Mix well. You can add a pinch of salt if required.
  7. Ready to consume.

Consume this everyday to facilitate regular menstruation. You can store the excess flax seed powder in an airtight container.
