How to use licorice to improve lactation – Recipe

  • 5 grams Licorice
  • 50 ml Boiled milk
  1. To improve lactation, you need licorice and milk.
  2. Add licorice to a mortar.
  3. Crush it well.
  4. Add the crushed licorice to a pan and dry roast it.
  5. Once it cools, add the roasted licorice to blender.
  6. Blend it. (the powder can be coarse or smooth, based on your preference)
  7. when you drink a glass of milk, add once teaspoon of the licorice powder to it.
  8. Mix well and consume.

Consume this milk once everyday to see improvement in lactation. Please note, drinking this milk alone will not boost breast milk instantly, you need to consume healthy food on your regular diet which includes fruits, vegetables and sprouts.
