How to make weight loss smoothie with tomatoes – DIY

  • 3 medium size Tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Barley
  • Small piece Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 200 ml Water
  1. To make tomato smoothie, use tomatoes, black peppers, cumin seeds, barley, ginger, salt and water.
  2. Add one tablespoon of barley to blender.
  3. Add 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds to blender.
  4. Add 2 teaspoons of black pepper.
  5. Blend the ingredients well.
  6. Chop 3 tomatoes.
  7. Add the chopped tomatoes to blender.
  8. Add a small piece of ginger to blender.
  9. Add 200 ml of water before blending.
  10. Blend well.
  11. Add powdered ingredients to the juice.
  12. Add one teaspoon of salt.
  13. Mix the juice well.
  14. Tomato smoothie is done.

Drink this tomato smoothie twice a week for breakfast to lose weight.
