Yogurt hair mask DIY

  • 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
  • 50 ml Thick curd
  • 2 teaspoons Coconut oil
  1. Gather all required ingredients to prepare the hair mask.
  2. Add Fenugreek seeds to required amount of curd. You can increase the quantity according to the length of the hair.
  3. Mix the curd and seeds well.
  4. Add coconut oil to the mix. You can increase the amount of coconut oil as per your preferences.
  5. Mix the curd well. Let the seeds soak in curd for 15 minutes.
  6. Once the seeds are soaked, you can apply the mix on the scalp and through full length of your hair. When you apply, fenugreek seeds will come off separately as they have not blended with curd. But curd absorbs the goodness from the seeds due to the soaking. If you feel uncomfortable, try adding fenugreek powder instead of the seeds.
  7. Let the mask stay on your hair for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash it off with a mild shampoo in warm water.

Since it has cooling effect, avoid using this mask when the weather is very cold and during night. You can get soft shiny hair when you use it regularly (once a week).
